The risks of migration

Living our humanity certainly means venturing into existential experiences, for we have to go out of ourselves, out of our own homes…

Being forced to migrate means embarking on a path fraught with risks. Migrating freely means perhaps embarking on a "risky" path of transformation, of conversion.

But what are these risks? On an individual level, it is difficult to give an answer, for it depends on the person’s own action plan.

But, at the universal level, in particular, it appears that our humanity, historically speaking, is grounded in these risks. Humans exist only in, and through, their migrations. Through these risks, assumed or not, over time and across generations, we are definitely given back to ourselves.
