A perspective

My testimonial is not given on my behalf, but on behalf of those who are at the heart of it. It is far from our concerns here in Brussels, in Belgium, and even from our Western concerns. I work for an international organisation that accompanies refugees and asylum seekers. A recent mission took me to Kenya, in East Africa, more specifically to a refugee camp in the north-eastern part of the country, not far from the Somali border.

My vision of the Foundation comes from various elements (…) and must be realised through humanism, of course, and through my living, Christian faith.

The freedom and dignity inherent in every person should be expressed through the intelligence and memory, emotion and will, that exist in each one of us: therefore the full development of human beings is linked to the growth of their physical, psychological and spiritual dimensions.
