Participating fully in social life

Rather than talking about "integration" or "assimilation", the Josefa Foundation prefers to talk about "inclusion", which is more dynamic, and above all more respectful of each person's freedom, responsibility, and dignity. For the Foundation, social inclusion is the path of a person who decides to participate fully, and in a sustainable manner, in the "living together", according to the rights and duties that are "offered" by the host society.
Such is the purpose of the Josefa Foundation: to contribute to this inclusion through housing, which is the key way to inclusion.
