Together, questioning our certainties, migrating...

Migration is often associated with the fear of the other who is foreign to me, thus, strange... and the fear for our personal and social spaces which seem somehow threatened. What if welcoming a foreigner changed our view of him and us in a positive way...?

Seeing in a new light someone who was forced to leave a land which had become inhospitable for political or other reasons, and whose forced migration (a journey often fraught with peril) is a promise of wealth, competence, and strength. Migration can thus make us question our certainties and be a "win-win" situation for everyone involved.

To meet this challenge, it seems worthwhile to invite social partners, public authorities and financial and economic experts to invest money, time or tax knowledge in the building of the Josefa House, in order to show that migration can be an "asset".
